Turquoise Terrorist back to torment you all
Hi there friends. Just thought I would drop in and update you on my fave subject.... ME! Some of you will remember back in 2008 my first dx with st2, well my onco (Dr. Charisma-Bypass) and I didn't exactly get on like a house on fire. My new onco (Prof. Mincing ****) is even bloody WORSE! He gets me so confused that I often fail to remember to make another appointment to see him.
At our first meeting last year I was newly dx st4 and he basically told me to go home and pray. (well, those of you who know me can guess just how well THAT went down!) Now he tells me I have to see him and his gang for various torture sessions on a regular basis. WHY?
At our last meeting I lost it and told him to get stuffed. So Now I am really enjoying life again. I got married last August (everyone in hockey gear) then a good dog-hanging at a disreputable local hostelry, with fish and chips! Yay.
Last year I was training horses (and their people) to drive. Last week I got on a horse for the first time in years and actually managed a perfect half-pass (dressage). I now have a few kids coming for riding lessons and am enjoying life to the full.
I hope everyone here has something to be happy about, like just being alive. Huge Hugs to you all Tash xxxxxxxz

That is just BRILLIANT *** None of us knows when we might not do the very same thing one day (tell our doctors to 'get stuffed'..........love your attitude.........but also know it is not all fish and chips. Hang in there Lady........keep being happy when you can and keep on those horses. Prayers for Strength and Courage.........Glo

I also like your attitude. I
I also like your attitude. I mentioned just last year to my husband I always wanted a horse (born in the English countryside) if stayed there would have gone down that kind of path. I caught him later googling the price of horses in Arizona where we plan to retire soon. I thought how sweet. But I will settle with being in awe of watching the local wild horses. Nice thought though.
i recon if mine comes back. I will not repeat trestment, see at the time. Now I enjoy looking after myself. Good food, and love my Tai Chi, Pilates, Aquatic Classes and Yoga. I can't do anymore than I am doing and having fun at that, so there.......

Life happens - it is our job to adjust what is thrown at us. In your case, your way and desires. Never allow anyone to dicate how you react to any situation.
Loving your attitude. Remember all we have control over is 'our voice, and our knowledge'.
Sending your magic sprinkles ..
