We have another NED!
I got the all clear! I cannot believe the relief I felt. The doctor told me we can move to scans once a year. I quietly said no. He said "no problem". I am not even 18 months out of surgery - and stage 3. He was great though. I had a few questions written out and I could barely stammer the words. I finally got one question out. Hahaha. I asked about the lymphovascular invasion. He said it was an agressive tumor but they got it all (where have we heard that one before?)
He gave me a couple of big hugs (I think he realized how nervous I was) and said all will be just fine. He asked if there is anything else he can do for me. And then we set up the next appointment.
Hugs

Glad to hear that. And happy to hear you said no on the 1 year scans and he was ok with that too. Stick with 6 month scans to 3 years on a stage 3 higher grade tumor. At least.
Many more to come.
Hugs,
Todd
Jojo,
I swear when I was at Casino Windsor the other day I saw a NEDmobile heading out on the 401 towards Hamilton.

That is wonderful news. Pray it continues on each and every scan. I was to go for mine today, but yesterday my knee was swollen and hurting, went to doc and i have blood clot in groin . I said dang it, I need a break here now. Was from the hip surgery I suppose 2 months ago. Now on all these blood thinners and shots. Pray for me. My scans are now May 7th. Great news for you.!!!!!

Go JoJo! Go JoJo! That is awesome news! So glad to hear it! And yes, smart move on the scans at the very least twice a year. Full body pet / ct scans if they allow it. Always the best to do! But great news! I needed some good news today.
Brea, sorry you are going through this with the blood clot. Hopefully it will be temporary and move out quickly. Praying for you both and all others here on the boards! XXOO
Love and hugs,
Angela

are the words I could say to express my joy for you. But as you well know, they would be bleeped. For other reasons, it's been a bit of a downer week, so this is great news to end the week. Hooray.
