Wishing all a Happy Easter. A Happy Spring
I wish you all a wonderful Spring season, and I pray we all have the energy or some energy to enjoy the beauties of the spring season, and for those inclined, the joys of the Easter celebration.
Today I made my Hot Cross Buns, which I usually make on Good Friday. My mum always made several batches and shared them with relatives. I am follwoing that tradition and sharing them with family and neigbours.

Same to You
Thank you and same to you. Wishing you all a very Blessed and Happy Easter. What a nice tradition to keep with on making the buns to share with others. It's nice you pass something like that on that your mom did. Hope everyone has a special day.

I hope you had a great Easter weekend Sue!
I spent a fair chunk on mine struggling to make a lamb cake that looked like a lamb. One person called it a "goat cake" so I'm not sure I succeeded.
Lamb or goat?

Your Lamb cake looks lovely. It is hard work, but look how it paid off.
I made two batches of Hot Cross Buns in the end. They were lovely as well.
