Home and surprised

in Colorectal Cancer #1

i am home fromy biopsy. I was surprised when I got to the lab to find out it was not a liver biopsy. They biopsied a mass in the lower left abdominal cavity. I was totally taken aback. i am home very tired and no pain. I haven't had time to research any of it. The doctor said 7-8 days for results.

    There was some miscommunication somewhere. 

    I've met you, and you're pretty darn on the ball, so I really can't see that you heard it wrong. 

    Well, a mass, thats no fun. And 7-8 days, that seems like an eternity. 

    Will continue praying for you, and hoping the results are good.

    Having a switch like that would drive me nuts.  And now the wait.  Sigh.

    So sorry to hear about this, it's a bit of a shock, isn't it.  You've prepped yourself for one procedure only to find it's something else.  Hope the results are good.  Traci
