Thank you, Olga, for getting the Pink Bus going. So we'll go have a lovely ride, see what kind of trouble VickiSam gets into, enjoy the sights and each other's company. Check-in is at 1:30, procedure at 1:45. I'm not afraid of the biopsy, just the results:)

Hi Victoria, I'm sorry I missed the bus! I had to take my old pussycat to the vet. She's very ill but my thoughts and prayers have been with you. We've all been there and the waiting is awful! I hope and pray that you have good news to share as soon as possible!
Stay strong,
Sharon

CarolAhhh, home again.
Well, that's a weird procedure. First time I had a core needle biopsy. This was a steriotactic. You can feel it drilling into you. Not painful. Just something you want to be over with. The doctor told me these tend to be benign. I resisted a snarky response such as "That's what the doctor told me five years ago." Anyway, the mammographer showed me the magnified images -- there's crap all over in there!! There's a big thing. She said the bigger they are the less they worry about. I looked at it and felt plenty worried:) Then there was a medium thing. "Should we worry about that?" I asked her. "No, they're worried about these." And she pointed to spreckles. "Oh," I said.
So, they say Friday or Monday for results. I signed up to be emailed results from the lab company. We'll see if it happens. In the meantime, thank you one and all for walking this journey with me. It made it easier to lie still, to remain pleasant, to walk one step at a time. Well, you all know how much it helps to have you with me. Cause you all know:)

I'm sure it's been one helluva day for you. I am ever so proud that you held your snark in check, do remember to include that in your diary entry later on.
I can certainly imagine you, asserting yourself and backseat driving the technician too.
Permission to deflate my neck roll from this pink bus tour?

Well, once they said Friday or Monday, I did sort of feel like I could go out there and live a semi-normal week.

Yes, it's always a golden day when I hold back. So thanks for the reminder. I will make a note in the ole diary.
Backseat driving the technician? I thought I was just showing interest in her work:)
Oh, go put away your neck roll.
