Joanne Doris Richmond (SIROD) is in a better place RIP
We have not heard from Doris for several weeks. As much as I refused to do it, I wanted to rule out my worst fears and did a google search. With heavy heart I have to share the obituary for Joanne Doris Dandurand Richmond who passed away on December 10. There is a beutiful picture and very kind words.

I still hope it is not true. We lost another friend and it hurts very, very hard.
Rest in peace

Such sad news
She really was so strong and always willing to put up a fight - and what a fight it was. Today I have a heavy heart.
Condolences to her family. Rest in peace.

for letting us know, though I'm very saddened to find this out. She was strong and feisty and really really smart and willing to share what she knew with all of us. That is a beautiful obituary. Clearly she was very loved.
Rest in peace, SIROD.
xoxo

Olga - having had the pleasure of
corresponding with Doris off our ACS site -- sadly, this is our SIROD.
known as Joanne to those outside of CSN, her 2 beloved sons - living among the beauty that surrounds Maine. What a truly beautiful tribute to such a WARRIOR ..
Rest in Peace my dear Friend ...

I am very saddened to hear this news. Doris was always there to answer any question I had even when I would private message her. I loved and respected her honesty. She was a true fighter. Rest in peace.

Doris, one of our core group of many years. A hurting day for all of us
This is such sad news. I also hoped that her absence meant she was doing something wonderful and exciting. Alas that was not to be. She will be dearly missed.

Funny reading the beautiful obit!
The descriotion from those who knew and grew with her, showed her passion for life, her northest, her love of beautiful flowers, and most notably her straightforward use of words. She definately cut to the chase. Her intellect did show thru in her writing, most notably her ability to research... Hense, a librarian. Reading her obit made me feel like I really did get to know the rral her, and am so thankful that I got that chance. I will certainly miss her and our pms. She really was a wealth of current information and let me know she cared. RIP, another beautiful pink angel out of pain and is paving the way. These just keep getting harder... we need to keep the faith and hope in that an immune vaccine will be opened for advanced bc... they are finding it working on adv cll and malenoma, we should be next... still my hope and prayer for all of us stage iv's with the hope that the rest of you will never progress to iv. Hugs, Carol

Thank You New Flower
At least now we know she will not be coming back to the Discussion Boards...except in Spirit.
You were very kind to share the link with us. May Doris Rest in Peace, and may you all celebrate her life as a very lovely and brave woman who fought the good fight for a very long time and helped so many others.
