My husband
Thanks for keeping us in your prayers. This journey started in 2010 and will end, when the man upstairs calls him home. During this whole journey it has been very hard watching someone who has been in your life for 53 plus years fight this horrible beast. I don't know which is worse, watching some one you love battle this beast and lose fast or battle this beast and lose slowly. One of our granddaughters' husband battle this beast and lost fast and so young too. My aunt battled this beast for over 3 years and lost her battle.
With all the advances in medicine you would think that by now there would be a cure for cancer but I guess with all the different types of cancer it would be hard to find a cure for all. Who knows maybe the next generation will find that cure but then there will be something else to battle.
Wishing everyone peace and comfort during this holiday season and in 2015.

Sharon, Joe has been fighting so hard and for so long, I'm sure he is tired. i am keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you with the strength to get through this very hard time. May He comfort you and carry you when you are too tired to walk. I'm so sorry you are facing this Sharon.
God bless you and Joe,
