Hi Lorikat
I still battle fatigue some days and am not really sure why it just seems to come on sometimes, as my daily routines, including sleep hours, stay pretty much the same. I recently started taking sublingual Vitamin B12 and it seems to have given me a lift. I put one tablet under my tongue every morning. I also take CoQ10. You might try either or both and see if you get any results.

I am 4 years out on 12/8. I am still improving. There is hope!

I have days that almost feels like the days during treatment, just want to collapse. Love my 2pm coffee. life saver.

oh yeah!
I've recently had that overwhelming fatigue rear its ugly head. In addition I've had a hard time with words, spoken and written, which reminds me of the early days of chemo brain. Two years out which I guess is not very long but it sure is frustrating. No suggestions here but I do go to bed early. I often nod out before 8:00 with the TV still on. This past weekend I slept 11 hours each night. Just hoping this bad phase passes for you and for me. Take care.

Typically in bed by 9. I'm up early though, 5-6 a.m., bathroom time! Crash time in the afternoon around 2-3. Can't do anything about it, I'm at work. And the chemo brain, ugh! I am amost one year post treatment. I'm just trying to go with the flow and not get too frustrated and angry.
Nighty night.
