Prayer request for my husband

My husband picked me up from rehab Friday and at 4am Satirday morning suffered a stoke. Thanfull I was home with him.  Hospital did not give him antidote because they thought he was on blood thinner. Turns out he was not. He is in ICU and struggling. He is my love of 35 years and my world. Please include him in your prayers.

    So sorry to hear this news.  So glad you were home and could get help for him.  Do you have family, friends that will be able to help you get back and forth?  And yes, prayers for the both of you.

    candi, I just saw this.  I am so very sorry to hear this.  it simply breaks my heart that you have been and still are dealing with so much.  I'm definitely putting your hubby in my prayers and you also.  May God bless you with strength to continue on.  Please let us know how the hubby is doing.  God bless you both.

    Seeing improvement today

    Two days without response. This morning he knew who I was and said he loved me. This afternoon not quite as responsive. Moving from ICU to a regular room. MRI showed another small stoke on opposite side which will mean longer rehab but same tx. I am prepared to do whatever we need. Thank you for continued prayers.

    Hang in there...........

    It can take time to recover from that. He showed a good sign and hold on to that. My wife had one [of many small ones] and lost the whole left side, but it did come back. Has mild short memory loss and will repete sometimes, but thats good too. Long term memory is too good at times, LOL. I will pray for a good recovery and also for you. I do know how hard it is on the caregiver/loved one.

    candi, knowing you, your husband is a fighter too, i can tell.  saying prayers for you both.  it is a good sign that they are taking him out of ICU so I'm praying he continues to move forward and maybe at a quick speed.  thank you for the update.
