in Head and Neck Cancer #1

This past Friday, I had another procedure, similar to an endoscopy.. They went in and removed a 3 - 4" stent that was put in during the original surgery in April.


I guess it had moved from the original place, and has been moving around in my stomach... I felt instantly better (once back awake and kicking..) ... No more stomach pain, very little nausea, I can even eat pretty well..., better than since April.

Which is saying a lot, since for several months I couldn't eat or drink anything by mouth..., all fluids through a PICC line in my arm..

Thanks for all of the thoughts and prayers that have come my way..

    That is such good news John that the pain is gone and you can eat as well. Hope this continues and the healing now goes well.

    so, very happy how much this has helped so quickly

    will be awaiting pictures of you fishing on the water with catch in the live well

    wow, too bad it took them so long to figure that out but thank God they finally did.  Awesome to hear you ARE finally on the mend, John.  It's been a long time coming.
