Celebration To Encourage
Friends,
Completed my sixth 5k in about eight months today on my 18 month anniversary of being cancer free. I will enjoy and rejoice in each day I am given. For those in treatment there is a light at the end of the tunnel. And I ran today remembering those who continue the fight and for those who have fought the good fight! Am going to run 13.1 before I am done! Blessings to all!
Jon T.

sounds like a challenge...
For the chest thumping runners here, I guess it is time to make it a race. Let's start a thread and post our weekly stats. I'm just getting going again and would love the encouragement from a few virtual comrades. Every Monday, let's post weekly stats for the past week; times and distance. The most improved each week add a beer to the six pack. First one to fill it up, gets to cash in (for real). well....?
