Got home Saturday. It's so much nicer here at home compared to the hospital. That place is not good for resting! At a minimum they wake you up every 3 hours for vital signs and meds. Im not complaining, they did a great job. There was a hope for laporoscopic but once they were in they realized they had to do a full open procedure, got a nice 17 inch scar! Docs all happy though and it feels great having that tumor gone and out of me! Good luck on your scan, let's hope all your tumors become operable. Thanks for asking!

"...support, prayers, good
"...support, prayers, good vibes, happy dances," those i get. "and swinging chickens?" i think i have been away from the boards too long - or like when captain america comes out of the deep freeze after 70 years and doesn't get all the pop culture references everyone uses to communicate. well, i 'm down with that. i'll swing a chicken your way (do you tie it to a string or something? live chicken or an oven stuffer roaster?). hope you don't mind but afterwards i am going to marinate it and cook it up for some chef salad or something. here's to a better life after recovery! chickens for everyone!
best wishes,
rick
