HBO & eyesight
Had 30 HBO dives so that I could have some teeth removed. It’s done and over with now. Having a bad effect on my eyesight and been told that it should return in time. Had the last dive 9 weeks ago. My distance vision sucks to say the least and I avoid night driving. Any insight on how long it may take to get my eyesight back to what it was before?

little know fact
this happened to me as well. I even changed my eyeglasses, then had to change right back, lol. Mentioned this to my optomotrist: he was not even aware this happens. Nor did the HBO doc mention it might. But the ENT oncologist knew.....
My return to baseline was 2 or 3 months after treatment ended. It is hard to know exactly when because the changes are sublte and progressive.

Everyone seemed surprised, my vision improved. I wore glasses or contacts to drive since I was 16 now I do not. I did 30 dives in April 2013

I change from day to day.......
First off, I never had Chemo or Rads, but my eye sight is changing from day to day. Just had my eyes checked and a new prescription and could see great. I use tri-focals. Then in about two weeks my vision changed and I could see better looking over the top of my glasses. Then it went the other way and the middle vission got worse. They asked if I was dibetic because this can happen with that, but I'm not. No one can explain why my vission changes.
I'm shure that didn't help you any, sorry. I'm guessing mine is stress with my disability getting mesed up by mistake from a doctor and fighting getting it corected.
