in Anal Cancer #1

Oh my!!!

My oncologist just phoned. My CT scan is clear! I wasn't expecting to hear the results as she is away on leave, but she doesn't go until tomorrow & my results were on her desk so she rang.

20 months post treatment.Yippee! (Can you tell I'm excited?)

Next appointment 1st October for physical examination,  Mri November.

Another Pimm's tonight I think.

    Congratulations!

    Liz, I am so, so happy for you!  What fantastic news!  I'm so glad your doctor called you before she left so that you wouldn't be waiting and worrying.  Enjoy that cocktail tonight and sleep well, knowing that you are fine!

    OMG that's Great - especially the Pimms!

    Is it number 9? I used to have sterling silver stemmed glasses that I served Pimms #9 in when I fixed Curried dishes. Evidentally that's quite the British way (at least this I was told by people who seemed in the know). Oh yes and with a sliced English Cumcumber floating in there. 

    Congratulations on your scan. You should celebrate the Pimms anyway you want - have one on me - I quite drinking years ago.

    Hmmm! Pimms! I am such a novice at Pimm's lol. I didn't know there was more than 1 type. I need to get out more evidently! Just checked at it's No 1.

    I still haven't had a celebratory drink. Maybe tonight
