Fox...the Poster Child
When entering this website, Fox is in the banner line of photos. Congrats, fella. You deserve it for all the crud you've been thru. And if it was just a randon draw for good looking guys, you still fit the bill.
I'm thinking I've reached the 8 years since first Dx, and 5 since last occurrence. Saw the PC today. Most everything looked great, but need a boost in my anti-depressant and time to heal after the famiily issues related to my mother-in-laws death from cancer. I wore myself out taking care of her needs and supporting all the rest of the family See the oncology nurse next week and hope those labs are also good. The one good thing about all the recent stress is the loss of 10-12 pounds.
Yeah, I've been here, but just not in the mood to write much.

Sorry for your loss
And all the stress is has caused. But glad that the tests seem to be coming back positive! You folks give me hope
As for the weight loss - I don't handle stress well either. My whole debacle since January has caused a 15 lb drop. Not that I don't mind losing the weight - I don't - but could have chosen a better "diet"
CHin up and hugs to you,
Laurie

Donna, I am so, so sorry for
Donna, I am so, so sorry for the loss of your mother-in-law. The death of a loved one puts stress on us like no other. Sounds like you need to take some time to focus on YOU. Hopefuly, the increase in your antidepressant will soon, make all the difference. Let us know how those labs come out next week. You are a blessing to all of us here and we care about you!!
As for the now infamous Fox, he deserves to be front and center!! And maybe more for what he offers than what he's been through. He is always present on this board, even when he probably doesn't feel up to it. Many of us come and go, myself included but, not Fox. He has words of wisdom and comfort for all of us, all the time. So, kuddos to you, Fox!! You da man!!
