It's back :/
ended up in hospital this week with super low sodium levels and couldn't stop vomiting... Had loads of tests done and the last one was an MRI just to rule out recurrence... Turns out there's now disease in my brain
dont know many details like how much and where exactly but it's in a few places. Was only dealing with my local hospital so am waiting for an appt this week with my oncologist to talk about things!
I can't believe I'm back at the start of this nightmare again, please keep me in your prayers.

oh, Meegs, this news just
oh, Meegs, this news just breaks my heart. I hate to hear anyone has to fight again. I will be praying for good news as to location and size of tumor and for your strength. I'm so sorry you will go through this sh** again. I also had to fight 2 times. The 2nd time was harder for me but I'm praying it will not be for you. I am currently 2.5 yrs cancer free. There are others here who are currently fighting for the 3rd time and actually doing pretty good. It truly does depend on each person and the tx they receive. I will keep you in my prayers. Please let us know what you onc says.
God bless you,
dj

Meegsjosh r. said:Coming your way.
Hi Meegs, Prayers are being sent your way. Hang in there. josh r.
Mine came back at base of skull on left a year ago. I had targeted radiation at Mayo and it was gone. This year, it came back at base of skull around carotid on right side. I went thru chemo again (erbitux/taxol) to rid apparent microscopic cells then had targeted radiation again (SBRT). Last report no cancer but dealing with issues left from all the tx. Next PET in Sept. Sending prayers your way and encouraging you with hope.
God bless,
Candi

So sorry
So sorry to hear this news but like Candi, I've been through this journey a few times. When I had a tumor at the base of my skull they used Cyberknife. So much easier than IMRT, 5 days and you are done. Only side effect if 2 weeks of fatigue. My tumor is
aggressively dying!

Hi Meegs
Don’t get down because the new is not good, keep your focus and keep positive. I was in the same boat many years ago and I pulled through and you will do the same, life is like that. If you are a believer put your faith to work and get many others to start praying for you again. I work part time for a radio station here in Lafayette and they put a request on the radio for people to pray for me. I thought that was a wonderful thing and I did not even ask for it. People who love you will always pray for you.
