6th Folfox out of 12
Well, we had a very nice weekend. My cousins came and visited from NorCal. We took the boat out to Catalina. It was such a fun filled weekend. It certanly took my mind off of everything! I had my first taste of ice cream in six months. I just totally enjoyed myself. Now tomorrow starts the 6th cycle of 12. There is something so positive in being halfway. I'm thankful for the love and support. I think often of all of you who have been here before. Your stories online have certainly helped me with all the side effects.

Half way mark - Woo hoo!
It does feel good, and each week you get closer to 12, the more excited you'll feel (I was going to say 'better you'll feel' but with side effects, that might not be so).
I am so glad you had a fun weekend. Isn't it good when Cancer doesn't dominate your every thought.
I pray that you will have a good week, and not too many side effects.
Keep us posted.

Hang in there, the further you progress the more tired you will feel, but keep getting your rest as needed.
Stay Strong.

I remember that halfway point!
It seems like yesterday, but it was 2 years ago. Time just flies by so fast unless you are doing chemo, then it is like you are in school and the year drags by and seems like decades. You will get through this. I went through chemo July - December 2012, I have twin boys and they are in the band, I made it a goal to go to every football game no matter what to watch them march. On chemo weeks I didn't want to go but when I got there I was always happy I went. You are almost done, things do get better.
