Dr. appt.
I have an appt. this morning with my gyn. I forgot it a couple of weeks ago and had to reschedule. I am hoping for just a routine check up. In 5 days from today four years ago is when I heard those words you have cancer. It sure has been a emotional roller coaster but I do feel that I have been blessed. I have noticed in the last 2 or so months that when I stand up after sitting that I have a lot of pain in my pelvic area. Not sure if it is something in the bones or is it old age. Has anyelse had to deal with this pain in your pelvic area. Thanks for reading this. Praying for a good reault today.

Hi Susan:
Thinking of you onHi Susan:
Thinking of you on your appointmnet today. With regard to the pain, is it pinching? or downright pain? Pinching can be caused by scar tissue. But in any case, please bring it up with your doctor. I found that you should tell your doctor anything that is out of the ordinary for you, even if you think it is nothing. This way there can be a record of it.
My best to you.

I am praying that you had a good outcome to your doctor appointment today. What did your doc say about the pelvic pain? Hopefully this is a minor issue that is easily addressed. I'm right behind you in this journey (diagnosed September 2010), although you had three cancers and I had one. It has certainly been a rollercoaster ride but like you, I feel blessed and am happy to be here.
