    Congratulations!

Sephie, I am SO happy for you!  It's such an important milestone!  I hope you'll take time for some celebrating and reflection.  This is such great news--I am always thrilled when someone gets to this mark.  It's such positive proof that this disease can be overcome!  Thanks for all your support in this group and I hope we will continue to hear from you once in awhile.  I wish you many, many more happy anniversaries!

Yipee!!!!! Congrats to you!  I think sometimes people forget how important it is to share good news and proof of light at the end of the tunnel as it is easy to get caught up in all the lousy stuff that comes our way.  Thanks for sharing.

Sephie, I forgot, what stage were you?

I am so happy you are at this mark. Thanks for sharing.

My doctor says she now has 4 patients doing well after anal cancer treatments. Two were men, though. They have a 50% higher survival rate for some reason. At least I read that somewhere. Maybe it isn't true. I don't remember the source of that information tell you the truth.

Anyway, the 5 year mark is supposed to be very significant for cancer survivors of all types.

    Sincerely,

    Sandy
