Hello Dave~ thanks for your service, esp in Vietnam. Sorry about the Agent Orange. Glad you are going to re-file that claim. Was it kidney cancer caused by Agent Orange? Or has that not been established?
Hopefully others will come on with more information for you. I just wanted to say hello and welcome you here!
Warmly, Jan

Hi Dave.. thank you for your service. There are several postings here about Agent Orange, but I also suggest you go to Smart Patients, which has some extensive postings on this subject. Here is a link to a search I did there.
And here is a link to a posting on this WEB site..

It has been established that chemicals of many kinds can cause Kidney Cancer, the VA folks need to pay attention and help you and others. Let us know if we can be of any help.

Agent Orange
My dad was in vietnam around the same time as you. He was in the Navy. He just filed a claim for Asbestos exposure. He was told he was probably exposed to Agent Orange. What branch of service were you in? My dad had kidney removed in 1990. Dr said they got it all. Followed him for 5 yrs and told him no more tests needed. Jan 2014 he was having back pain ,sciatica.VA refused to run MRI. Said CEO declined the MRI. He went to a different VA and they ran the MRI which confirmed recurrence RCC stage 4.
