Hello To everyone .......Iam just browsing pretty new to the site.....I don't see a site for tonsil cancer maybe someone can guide me ....................I definitly need a tour guide..

    Hi Sara

    Welcome to the survivor boards.  For cancer of the tonsil you should visit the head and neck cancer boards.  best hopes for great outcome from your treatment.

    Maternal Grandma passed from lung cancer, wondering if I should get biopsy, almost 40 and female. Wondering if there is anything I should be doing now...she was diagnosed in her 80s. She was one of the patients of Fata who was in the news a few months ago for medicaid fraud. It's been terrible for our family. Adding insult to injury...

    I am so sorry that you lost your grandmother to this awful disease.  Dr Fata is a horrible man, it boggles my mind the things he is accused of.  One of the women in my cancer support group had her chemo at that clinic.  They pulled every record and reviewed her treatment.  

    Do you have a reason to suspect lung cancer?  Before they do a biopsy they need to see evidence of some disease process on a CT scan or an MRI.
