My niece had the teal on her mortar board at her college graduation to honor the memory of her mother, my sister, Julie, age 46, who lost her battle March 20.  So proud of my niece.  See my profile picture.

    What a nice tribute!  I'm sure her mother was beaming with pride From above.  I hope your family finds comfort as you continue to live lives that honor Julie.

    Our whole family was there to

    Our whole family was there to help her celebrate.  It was so bittersweet, since my sister, her mother couldn't be there.  My heart is still broken.  Why do some ladies live for many many years with oc and others, like my sister, do not.
