I'm in tears. . .
. . . because I’m so happy. Yesterday, had my 2nd infusion on this round of Carboplatin to tackle the recurrence of PPC. I’d been told to wait until after at least 2 infusions before looking for improvement. I also feared I’d have to skip yesterday’s infusion due to a bad cold. But I was judged well enough for chemo, and the PA just called with results. CA 125, which had gone from 44 in December to 215 in March and to 327 in April, was—ta-DAH!!!—down to 165 yesterday, after my 1st infusion last month. A promising sign!
Just had to share this news, & I wish for similar results for all of you. Thanks for reading.
