Keeping Low infusion rate did help me to tolerate Taxotere/Cytoxan mixture. I had to remind nurses every time as it was not recorded in my file.
Yes unfortunately it is a try and see game. at this point there is no way to know for sure which drug will help
i hope this one will put you into remission. Hugs
I am hoping Doxil will also put in remission. I have lots of questions to ask my oncologist when I see him again about this drug.
I will remind the oncology nurse and I'm certain it is in their notes about me. It is a small center with 11or 12 infusion chairs and 3 oncology nurses plus the head of the department. They are so very nice and I like the fact that I know them which was so different at the larger center that I began in. I suppose if you go often enough you will eventually know them.
Hugs to you too and I do appreciate the reminder. The pain was awful so I doubt that once sitting in the chair, I will remember.
