I am sorry for the post about Pete. I didn't intend to be insensitive to the community here and certainly didn't want to start or restart any conflict.

    oh Jeff this breaks my heart to see you upset.  In all the years I have seen you here I have never known you to do a deliberately unkind thing. I think in this case you did NOT intend to cause upset or harm.  Please Jeff be gentle with yourself....you have enough on your plate without the stress or worry.  There is nothing like worrying about something you have done however inadvertently to get you all upset....so please don't. Things that Pete may have said or done are not your responsibility......

    It was an interesting thread, Jeff (Not Jay. Sorry I called you Jay).  I don't think anyone of us was upset that you had posted it. We know where you're heart is, and its certainly not in causing contention.

    You have been dealing with your own worries and you were concerned about another member on this board and you were very generous with your thoughts and post for doing so.  Please don't worry about posting this as I've supported Diane in the past and to no avail has she been able to come back either.  Sometimes our posts just don't turn out like we want, but you have no need to apologize.  You are such an inspiration on this board and commend you for your thoughtfulness.

    You are never anything but kind and gracious, Jeff. I commend you for that. I wish you well as you go forward in your treatment. I think you are amazing! You did nothing wrong. You were only trying to be helpful and supportive of a comrade.

    Most all of us are dealing with a very serious situation (or a loved one is) and it can be an emotional rollercoaster. I truely believe we all mean each other well even if sometimes it doesn't come out that way.

    You didn't do anything wrong at all...
