Some sad News
I have been unable to message on this board for many months
because of some tempremental cyber problem I knew I wanted
to persist today. After quite a few hours I finally made it back. I knew
that many of you would remember the beautiful Juliebelle with that
lovely smile and I also knew you would be saddened to know that
she passed away on Wednesday (9/4/14) . I have kept in touch with
her regularly and feel I have not only lost a "fellow traveller" on this
journey but a valued friend. She was a very positive and vibrant lady
with a fun loving personality and a delightful sense of humour.
I apologise for my first post back being so saddening but I knew those
of you who knew her would be wondering how she was keeping.

It's hard to type this with tears in my eyes. After her last post, I feared her time here was short. As long as I am here and have my memory, she will live in it.
Do you have contact with her family? if so, please tell them how much she meant to us.

date of JulieBelle passing
I think maybe the date is incorrect on her death? She posted as late as2014. She is alive in all our memories. Even tho I didn't join the board until late fall, she is going to live on with her posts to encourage us and new members.
I esxtend sincerest sympathy to all who had her freindship--

Too sad.
I am devastated, tho I also feared from her last post that things were not going well. She was such an inspiration to me from soon after my diagnosis. I remember especially her delight at a new grandchild. If anyone is in touch with her family, please pass along deepest sympathy. So, so sad.
Note that the date of her passing is apparently written European style.

A smile to remember…...
It is difficult to wrap my head around this news. JulieBelle, thank you for your encouraging words and bright smile. Your tone was always positive and your words kind. May we all continue to lift one another and continue this fight knowing we are not alone. Peace to you and your family.

I'm so sad to hear about Julie. I had been worried about her for she hadn't been on here that much this year. I knew also by her last post that things wasn't going well for her. My heart goes out to her family.

Thank you, Rose, for letting us know. Juliebelle was such a supportive, positive and encouraging person who contributed so much to this board. It hurts so badly to know that she lost her battle but I am grateful that we got to know her here. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Rosamond:
I am so sorry for the loss of your friend, Juliebelle, and I extend my heartfelt sympathy to you and Juliebelle's family. Juliebelle was a very pretty and an attractive woman and had a beautiful smile. I will keep her in my prayers.
I also lost a friend to Stage 4 Peritoneal Cancer back in January. She was only 63 and was diagnosed back in 2010. She went through several rounds of chemotherapy, and lived with the cancer for almost 4 years as her doctors only gave her a year or two to live so she outlived their prognosis. I will always miss and remember my friend as I met her going through chemo myself back in the spring of 2011, as I had a different cancer, UPSC - Stage 1. My friend had a great personality and an infectious laugh.
Cheerful
a/k/a Jane
