pet scan results
my onc just called and said it was just the lymph node no place else still have to have chemo but it's a relief knowing

Good news/bad news, right? Same boat my husband is in. He had his first pet scan last week and we saw the images yesterday. 4 nodes in upper abdominal area. He had his second Folfiri treatment yesterday. The doctors were not surprised and treatment will go on as planned. Like you said, it's a relief knowing what is going on vs. waiting. Best to you.

I like that word too, even though I can never remember if its i before e or e before i .
I am happy for you. And now you can move onward, knowing that the chemo is going to knock the socks off of anything that may be in the early stages.
