Class of 2010
Hey Kids
Wanted to say “Yo” to all my classmates of 2010 - hope you are doing well! Also thanks to all those old-timers that provided a lot of encouragement, wisdom & wit along the way. Wanted to say I truly admire those that keep on providing support here – Skiff, Matt, Phrannie and a host of others. (Big question, who will be the first to hit 10,000 posts?)
Just got results back from CT – all clear at 4 years out. For the newbies, there’s life after treatment! And it can be very good. I’d have to say these last four years could be the best four years of my life (well, except maybe for the 7th grade). Of course there are always some issues. Mine is a continued lack of saliva and long-term effects of erbitux and cisplatin. My suggestions – keep a positive attitude and lean on everyone here!
Positive thoughts and Mojo to everybody!
Greg

1 cup of H&N Mojo "to go"
Greg,
4 years post is good as was 7th grade. I have known my wife since 1st grade (Matt trivia).
Using linear interpolation of the past as a guide I should cross the 10,000 response barrier on July 4, 2019. Of course the hints and help will have switched to knee and hip replacement.
Where are you fishing?
Matt

So glad you are doing well. I hit my 4 year mark march 2014 and am doing very well. Made some post treatment life changes in 2012 (treatment helped me prioritize a bit...) Changed jobs to a less stressful one, became more assertive in my personal life.
Last July, ate the first post tx hamburger. Which you all understand more than most what a milestone that was!
I am on here often, but many times do not comment, but continue to be blessed by all of you.

ps- Matt, that pic was fishing at a secret honey-hole in central Missouri, which I'd gladly share with anyone from here who stops by this part of the country

2010 makes me feel old
Can't believe it will be 4 years of this crap in June. I'm actually writing this from the hospital as today is scan day for me. Any positive mojo is appreciated.

Hey Mike if you are relaxing this weekend there is a great soccer game to catch Sunday. Liverpool who are US owned are playing Manchester City. Could be a title decider and a lot of goals. Fingers crossed for you.
