lung Surgery at last - any advice?
nervous but excited. After three and a half years of chemo and no new tumors finally having surgRey to remove lung nodules became resistant to erbitux so options running out. Molokai at microwave targeted therapy but larger tumor one inch too big ....six mm.
tumor in left lung dead, or whatever they call it so the three in right are going. Will lose 20% lung function will remove upper lobe and wesge smaller tumor in bottom lobe!
would value your prayers and any advice

I can't give you any advice
I can't give you any advice on this but am very happy that you can finally have surgery and I will pray that it goes well.

Great news about the surgery
I too had lung surgery - VATS - which I think is lung surgery lite. Make sure you comply with the breathing exercises and don't push yourself too hard. Be patient with your recovery. I'm so happy for you that you can finally have the surgery. Hopefully others with the same surgery experience will pipe in.
