Uncle's Condition

in Head and Neck Cancer #1

Just recieved news that my uncle who has been battling cancer in bones and gaul bladder and now brain was told to call in Hospice,Hate this disease,I pray that when that time comes he is out of pain and comfortable,Have watched my Dad and Sister both pass away from it,sorry had to vent.Just askin for prayers,

    Chris, wow, you have really been touched by cancer.  I'm so sorry it has taken so many from you.  Sending you thoughts and prayers thru this difficute time.  also praying for your uncle and his family.  God bless you,

    Chris, Praying for you, uncle and family. Jim went on hospice mid February. He is doing much better pain wise and strength wise. It is a comfort to me too as I can call on them 24 hours a day. The hardest part is to know they are going soon but not when. Creates much anxiety for family, especially the caretaker. I find myself checking to see if he is breathing quite often. I hate this disease too. I have lost my best friend, brother in law and grandmother to it.

    My Uncle passed away on Friday the funeral was held today at 11:00 am.I thank all for your prayers,They did say that he had passed away without pain and in peace,I am very thankful for that,Again much thanks

    Prayers your way

    Chris, I am so sorry to hear that, I will pray for your family - my mom passed from ovarian cancer 6 years ago - many years before that her best friend passed away from cancer and I recall her exact words "that damn cancer"  my mother never swore - she would say H E double toothpicks at the most - so I am with you -

    But glad his passing was uneventful and peaceful ...
