Not So Great News Turned Great!!!

in Head and Neck Cancer #1

The results of the ultra sound and scan have turned up clear!!  Sooo happy!!! Now we need to stay this way!  Peg tube will come out soon but port will stay in for now.

I am praying for those who continue to struggle and fight.

    Congrats....

    Don't worry about the port, they left mine in for two years as that's the time frame I guess before they decide your'e in the clear..., just a flush every 6 - 8 weeks.

    So glad for you that the scans turned out to be NED, what a good feeling that can give you when you hear it, I don't see and C.  My PEG will be with me for the rest of my life, it is something that gust takes getting use too.
