Trial for triple neg
I went to see a new onc. today for a trail for women with triple neg BC. The trail is ENMD-2076, Aurora and Angiogenic Kinase Inhibitor. I had BC in 2010 then mets to lung in 2012, then mets to liver Dec 2013. I've been on abaxtin and avastine, but doc feel my body has adjusted to the meds. So he wants me to try this study. I really sounds promising. I will have to take 5 pills daily for 15 days then off for one week. Very little side affects.
I am praying that this new drug will put my cancer into remission...
Praying for all..

Clinical Trial for TNBC
I was diagnosed with TNBC in December 2009 and have been in remission since my treatment was completed in August 2010. I always think, "Everything is normal until one day it isn't." For that reason I am always interested in new ways to treat TNBC. I looked up the clinical trial you mentioned and found the following link:
http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01639248?term=triple+negative+breast+cancer&recr=Open&rank=12
It has some good information particularly the Inclusion Criteria (12 items) and the Exclusion Criteria (13 items). It does not say anything about side effects. I wish you the best of luck.

ENMD-2086 Study
Started the trail today. I have to take 5 pills daily for the next 28 days and then I get a one week breek. No side efects. No IV chemo.
So far I feel fine. The study has had great success with shrinking tumors. I am praying it will shrink my tumors...
