tounge flap
Hi guys as posted evrything is positive so far but have a question that I noticed. When they add the a tounge flap do they graf it to the lower gum? One of surgens told they were going remove the bottom teeth because during radiation they would be destoyed anyway. But noticed today that my tounhe is on the gums and wondering if they graphed it there or is it laying there as it is healing. When I seen my ent yesterday he said it healing nice and didn't mention anything about a gragh.Just wondering.

Don't know about the tongue
Don't know about the tongue on the gum. Ask the doctor. Don't hesitate to ask lots of questions. I would guess that if the ENT said all ok it is, but for your own peace of mind ask. The ENT works for you and he won't mind answering your questions. My husband is like you. He won't ask, he just worries. I usually have to do the asking but since you only have your dog, you are going to have to ask the ENT.
Praying for a fast healing.

I am pretty sure something would have been said about it.The more I think the more I think maybe the tounge is still very swollen and is laying there.I haven't the nerve to reach up with my fingers to find out.
