To all my H/N friends,

 

My hearing for SSD on April 7,2014 @11:00am, has been canceled!!???.....

INSTEAD THE ASL JUDGE DECLARED FAVORABLE DESICION IN ADVANCE!  No more waiting!(well now waiting to hear from SSD, and all about how much and insurance". My lawyers Case Manager Julia called to tell me she said she cried when she heard!!!(so did I). So anyone need a lawyer in Philadelphia area  all Pond,Lehockey,somebody, and Giordanno ask for Tom Giordanno and Julia Mitchell for case manager(she is amazing!!!!!)!

Had to share with my friends some are well aware and have been praying for me!  Tube still there.  Trying to eat some and its funny to me what I can and what I cant!!! Hard to explain!  Moving date for Chris, Faith and I is 4 months away, taking this city girl and putting her in the country think there are ma y songs about that, believe the Eagles have one!  But I still be a Pennsylvania girl, dont want to live in another state if dont have to!

Hope your all well, didnt post this on Facebook, for those I am friends with, but here its like family so you all can know!

Cant say I am happy to see so many newbies on here because i am not, i wish none of you had to be here but so many people to pull you through no matter what stage!  I am a survivor for 13 years dealing with side effects, i should have been here to help those going through, instead they helped me!

    Thank you very much Debbie!  The move is the fun part, a new begining and bright future ahead, my path was mighty bumpy and I pray i pleased God with how i carried my cross well so my future is full of happiness!

    The judge finally saw what we knew (you are a GREAT person).

    It sounds like you are still fighting the battle, but happily in the Skiffin abi-normal fashion.

    I wish you relief, comfort and happiness; there is no one more deserving.

    rachel, your awesome news brought tears to my eyes!!!  finally, that war is OVER and you WON!!  i'm so glad you can put that behind you now and look forward to the move, the new beginning in the country.  guess i can mark that court date off my calendar, yipppppiiiieeeeee!  it shouldn't take long for the SSD to get the payments started, at least i hope not.  i'm so glad you shared your good news with us.  hope the eating continues to get better and your menu grows alot!  hello to Faith and Chris.  have a wonderful night and a better tomorrow!

    I am SO glad to hear you are past the battle with the government. It is so ridiculous that folks that really need assistance get screwed around while so many get undeserved gifts. Also nice to hear you have a great plan going forward. Good luck, please check in. Don
