Juicing & Sugar
I notice an increasing number of posters who are juicing, and doing well. I'm one myself. I'm interested in what people think about juicing sweet fruits. Personally I don't, I've been of the opinion that sugar, including from fresh fruit, is not one of our friends. Is this over the top? I do know that a lot of informed opinion would hold that naturally-occuring sugar from fresh fruit is nothing but good. Just wondered what people here thought? (BTW - I might sound like a very disciplined raw foodie who never takes peice of cake or biscuit .... if only!!)

Go for it!
Juice oranges and any dark red fruits that you can lay your hands on.
Mango and quark with a teaspoonful of lenoil (linseed oil). Makes a nice pud.
Eat salmon, sardines and the darkest green veggies you can find.
Beatroot, carrots and anything with large doses of vitamin C and or antioxidents.
Take lots of exercise and try to concentrate on keeping healthy. It will help to focus your mind on positive things.
Ask to be tested for the Her2 gene. My husband was negative, but you may be lucky.
We did all these things and my husbands tumour shrunk from 8.7cms to 5.2cms in two months, prior to any treatment. Sounds unbelievable, but this was with the same testing procedure.
He was encouraged to have the Ivor Lewis two years ago and although that was not an easy ride, he lives to tell the tale. He is well and eats almost anything he wants.
I make sure that his diet is healthy and will continue to do so.
Hope this helps, and I wish you all the luck in the world.
Love, hugs and prayers.

Juicing
I have been juicing everyday for three years now. I juice organic carrots and granny smith apples, blackberries, strawberries, organic celery and grapes sometimes. I was originally stage III EC in Feb 2011 had liver mets in April and have been NED since Oct of 2011. The original recommendation I found for juicing for cancer was the Gerson therapy and the basis of it is organic Carrots and granny smith apples. I added the blackberries because I found they help fight EC and I added celery due to its anti-inflammation properties. I add strawberries and grapes sometimes to vary the flavor.
Take care,
Alan
