Merry Christmas and Season's Greetings
I know that the big day is getting close. I wanted to get this message out while everyone has a minute before the craziness hits.
I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Season's Greetings - hoping your holiday is filled with warm memories, laughter and love.
May we all be blessed with good health for many years.
Since I was diagnosed and found this great forum, I haven't missed many days reading your postings. You have all become a part of my life, and although the circumstances aren't wonderful, I am grateful to have you there. You all have touched my heart with your warmth, compassion, knowledge, laughter and support. I consider you all as part of my many blessings.
Many thanks - and even more HUGS!

An unexpected blessing
Along with the awfulness of cancer came a blessing . All of the wonderful people I have met which I would not have met otherwise . There is a sweetness to my everyday life that simply did not exist before cancer . I'm certainly not thankful for cancer , far from it . But I am thankful for the oppurtunity to meet so many truly good hearted people with their wonderful attitudes and strength and endless willingness to go to whatever lengths to help others .
I wish you all the happiest of Holidays .
Bear hugs all around !

Merry Christmas
Over the last few weeks I have enjoyed speaking to and learning from everyone in this community. I experienced how powerful a 'message board' can be under the influence of a caring collection of people. Regardless of our positions in society, our geographies, and backgrounds, I feel a comraderie and sense of family with everyone here. There is not much more I could ask for during the holidays. Merry Christmas and safe holidays.

I agree!
Good Mornng!
I discovered this site just about a year ago after learning that my husband's RCC had metastacized. We were scared, in shock, etc. (you all know the feelings!). I came here and found valuable information and lots of encouragement. I have never met anyone on this board, but feel as if I know many of you and look forward to reading your posts.
Last year at this time we were fearful that this Christmas might not be so merry...we were pretty much "gloom and doom". I rejoice to report that we ARE having a Merry Christmas and are learning to LIVE with this disease!! Thanks to all of you who have helped us along the way. ~Sharon

Wow janettjeff. You sure are getting in early this year with the Christmas greetings. Our last Christmas was terrible with hubby having just got out of hospital and being told that he had cancer. We had a dreadful picnic on a rainy day at a very ugly roadside picnic spot! We ended up eating in the car as the weather was so bad. My husband is a weather man! We decided not to take photos as we all looked so miserable. It was a laugh looking back. We are looking forward to this Christmas!
