He said a lot of things we're already familiar with but that's okay because, as you indicated, we need to keep talking about ovarian cancer and other women's cancers below the belt!
Ovarian Cancer Risk Factors:
1. Family history of ovarian or breast cancer
2. Over the age of 40
3. Never been pregnant
4. Being overweight by 25 or more pounds
5. Eating too much dairy (which I hadn't heard before); according to Dr. Oz, limit dairy to one serving per day
Pancreatic Cancer Risk Factors:
1. Over the age of 55
2. Smoker
3. Obese
4. Family history = two or more family members with pancreatic or ovarian cancer
5. Race - being African American increases the risk
6. Having type-2 diabetes
According to Dr. Oz, one big way of controlling the risk of pancreatic cancer is to control packaged meats.

Very thorough, thank you!
The Ovarian risks (as I thought) are also very similar to the Uterine risks. I guess I just expect someone to tell us "THIS - THIS is what you need to do not to get any of these cancers" but that would be breaking news if anyone could make that kind of statement.
