Can I say NED
I had my first post treatment scan on Tuesday and got the results today.
NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE!
I couldn't stop smiling all afternoon.
Will get my port removed Friday 20th. Next week.
Brief history:
Found out I had Stage 3B Colorectal Cancer, 1 lymph node, Nov 2012
Surgery Nov 2012.
FOLFOX Jan - June 2013
5FU & Radiation July - Aug 2013

I remember...
...how concerned I was for you a few weeks back when you had problems with the radiation. I felt guilty that I had no problems at the same time. Well, look at you now. All that work and sacrifice paid off.
I wish you so very much that all this will stay behind you forever. At the same time I hope you will stay on this forum to help those that are just on their way to where you are today.

Clear scans and scopes. It really is how we survivors measure our lives. I often forget my birthday. After nearly 16 years each clear test is as good as an anniversary. I have a sope at the end of next month. It is my first since making it to three yearlies..... Hugs Ron.0 -
