Not Alone
I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone! Many here are with you, understand your feelings and care. I am not a cancer survivor. I was a caregiver, but others here are survivors. Even though each person has a different story and experience, many of your experiences are the same. Know that. Carry it in your heart. Life after cancer is different even for your friends and family. You will find your way. You are not broken; you are beautiful. Take care, Fay
PS: Ask your doctor about meds or counseling for your depression. You may need them. You have been through a lot.

I agree w depression meds. do not take pharmaceuticals though. Go natural. Most depression meds have horrible side effects. thoughts of suicide, decreased libido, and major addictive tendencies. Most importantly though is to reach out to a therapist, support group, friends, family, strangers. Just seek help and be aggresive. Do not try to do this on your own
