3rd Brain Surgery and a few Gamma Knifes~~~Dapster Update !

well...it is chore to logon to the computer!!   My speech and writing is screwed-up after the last surgery 2 1/2 mo.s ago...i'm finally accepting that it may not come  back too good at all.

The docs may use this laser for the other side now. I will be the 1st in Michigan for this laser...what a celebrity !!!  Lungs and Lymphs are still NED!!!!  keep you poseted

    It's good to hear from you my friend!

    Have missed you on these boards.  Had my third kyphoplasty two weeks ago.  This time as outpatient not ER surgery.  What is the laser machine they are going to use on the other side.  Another gamma knife?

    So glad you have that family to distract you.  Be well.

    Hi Dave,

    So good to hear from you.  I am so glad your lungs and lymph nodes are ned, that is wonderful.  Thank you for letting us know about the upcoming laser treatment, I hope to hear from you when that is complete.  I think that 2 and 1/2 months is a very short time for healing and maybe it will take a little longer for the nerve endings to mend. I wish you continued great news. Lori

    thanx Dennycee and z !  Henry Ford Hospital bought a Laser called Visualase.  Go to website, i  willbe the 1st in Michigan to get the Laser  to the brain L. ( i dont know if that is good !)  speeh and coordination are better but stiLl bad !  but doin ok !
