    I have found that if I don't eat a little something in the morning that I get dizzy if I am working outside or cleaning on the house, so, I make sure I eat some toast or something.

    How are you doing now Angie?  Are you not having the dizzy spells anymore?  Your blood pressure medicine is very important for you to take and to always check what your bp is.
