Bon Chance!
My first is about 2 weeks after yours! Keeping my fingers crossed for you! Be sure to mention your vision!
LOL! For me, I have lots of ghost pains, odd feelings, "oooh, what was that pains!"
Odds are that it's me being a hypochondriac. Of course for me, blurred vision means I left my glasses on the nightstand again!
Be at peace!

Scans
Hey Eims,
I know it is getting a bit too close for comfort isn't it. I can imagine how anxious you are getting. The problem with your blood pressure may be from over breathing, when stressed we tend to take more and more shallow breaths without being aware of it. Low blood pressure can affect your vision, which often comes with dizziness and fainting. So please take care! once this is over you will be back to your bubbly self.
Perhaps I should get the ferry over, we could hold each others hands for the next few weeks. I will be thinking of you, and keep you in my prayers every day, for the very best possible results:)

I wish I had something, anything to say that could help a little. I am a bit jealous of your blood pressure because mine spun out of control in the two weeks before my scan last month. I have had them before but for some reason this psat scan last month really got to me. Couldn't sleep. Couldn't focus. Anxious beyond words. Finally I called the Doctor and got some pills. I was embarraseed calling and I am not proud of it. I admit they helped. I intended to save the rest for November but my wife flushed em.

Dear sweet Eims
Deep breaths. Youre still here. And will be for years to come.
Go hug the hubbie when it hits you and hold him tight.
We all get hit by it, and the first couple of scans are the worst. Hell, I got myself hospitalized with chest pains on the cardiac ward prior to my first scan due to stress...
The waiting time for the results are probably gonna be worse, be prepared.
Take care.

will volunteer to take your picture for awhile so you can practice. Off the top of my head, I don't doubt that I have had 20 scans. It was alot easier when each one got better. Now I'll be in your boat again in sept. when I find out if the il-2 is working. You'll be OK.

I'll have to remember that one, its good. Don't get too stressed leading up to the scan day....save it for the waiting time for scan results, 2 to 4 weeks later. Why waste stress when you don't have to.
If I can add anything but sending best wishes for a good result. The waiting time is always the hardest but I generally don't have to wait too long, usually no more than 24 hours.

"It was alot easier when each one got better" - relax, Foxy, it gets easier once again when each one gets worse and the only question is whether you'll be around long enough to have another scan!

I'm still planning on not being in that boat. My denial machine is cranking pretty hard. You're still too tough an old goat to set that final date.

True, and if I do set one you can bet your life it'll be a lot further away than anyone else will be setting for me!

Ron, you are surrounded by Irish Lasses. I am descended from Dorcas Kelly from Ireland, Thomas Hines (Scots-Irish) and married an O'Kelley. I "used" to have strawberry blond hair! Have a wonderful vacation!
