I was so sad to hear last night that we lost Linda (Gabe N Abby Mom) to this horrible disease.  May her family find comfort in how much we appreciated all of her kind words and support over these past years.

Soar on the wings of eagles, dear sister.

    Very Very heart breaking

    We lost another dear sister, our  Linda, who was very positive, carring, warm, bright and supportive to all of us. She was Amazing mother and wife, friend and partner.

    My deepest condolences to her family, her friends and all those who met Linda in those CA gatherings and virtually, here.

    Linda will always be that "Angel" who had been a part of this group.

    Linda .. is indeed an Angel

    Her dignity, grace and empathy came across in each and every post, and message sent.   She was 1 in a Million.  My heart is sad for her husband, and young teen aged children.

    I just read a few days ago

    I just read a few days ago she was fighting.It came sooner than I thought but at least she's no longer suffering.She will be missed by her Pink Sisters and Brothers.She still has children in school.So young to lose their mother. Also a husband who  will miss her terribly.

    I remember years ago I told my friend "it must be hard to let your mother in law go".She said NO we want her to go SOON.All the family was wishing she would pass before she did.The granddkids had a hard time and wanted her to go.Even begging. That was years ago and now I see the reaason.I've never had someone die of cancer in our family.Heart disease etc but not cancer. Let them go.To hard on the patient and family.

    Three Pink Sisters in the last 2 weeks if I counted right.The most at one time span since I've been on the Board.

    LINDA will be missed by all who knew and loved her.Deepest Sympathy to her Family and Friends.

    So sorry to hear this

    I frequently read but rarely post but I had to do so now.   I am full of heartbreak for such a loving, graceful, and funny angel.  I'm glad she's finally at peace and I hope her family find condolences in knowing how much she loved them. She will not be forgotten.

    I hope that Linda's family can find some peace in the knowledge that she is no longer suffering.  She had such grace and a calm eloquent manner - and that was only one of the many reasons I admired her.  My deepest sympathies to her loving family.

    My tears can't quit fallIng as I type. I'm so sad to hear that LIndia is no longer here with us but im thankful that she is no longer in pain. I will miss her lots. We got to know each other quite well as we are both TNIBC. Linda was and will always be my hero. She was a lady of grace, poise , and determenation. 

    To her family, please know that she loved you more than anything in this world. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    So sad to lose such a special sister.  Kind, giving, inspiring, sweet....one of a kind.  My heart breaks for her dear children and husband. When I look up at the stars tonight, I'll see Linda & Chen smiling down at us, happy and free of pain.

    Another heart-wrenching loss...

    Sweet Linda fought long & hard. With grace & dignity. Remission was fleeting for her. Rarely complained - and when she did, apologized for it.

    I'll particularly always remember - with affection - her quiet courage, kindness, and unwavering compassion for others. Linda's life was cut far too short by evil cancer. My heart is broken (again) for her. For her two teenaged childred - good kids. And her devoted husband. My hopes & prayers are for them - that time will eventually grant them all healing, comfort & peace.

    Linda was kind and courageous lady.  She always took time for newbies and was so supportive of everyone here.  Her pride in her children was so evident in her posts.  My heart goes out to her family and friends.  It is so hard to lose one of our family here.  So many others have expressed it better than I so I will just say, Linda, you will be missed.

    Linda you were so kind and sweet and it was obvious how much you loved your family. Say Hi to Chen, jamie, and Moopy for me. i know there have been many others. Just so hard lately

    Crying My Eyes Out

    Hi All,

    I came on here today knowing I may find this news, but it is still a shock.  Linda was a bright soul with a great sense of humor.  Going through all she did her personality never wained.  I will miss her something terrible.  Between Claudia, Linda and my best friend Darlene dying my eyes have had a workout lately.  The tears just keep coming, so many women in the prime of their lives.  To her family my sincere condolences.  She is a bright shining star in the sky.
