Hi everyone, it has been way too long since I've posted. I want to give Janice a Huge thank you for keeping y'all updated and a big thank you to all of you for your prayers, hugs, and positive energy. I have missed you all bunches.

I am so sad to learn of the sisters that we have lost and the new pink sisters that have had to join our pink sisterhood. My heart is very heavy to know that some of you have had recurrences and someone very dear to my heart has been placed on hospice. I pray for all of you daily.

As you all know, I have had a rough time. This tumor just keeps growing but the good news is that it hasn't spread to any other part of my body. It seems as though no chemo is strong enough to kill this Triple negative IBC! I'm now on gemzar and let me tell you that is one horrible chemo drug. It makes me sick for days, but if it kills the beast then it will be worth it. I have 4 more treatments then I'll have another PET scan.

I will try not to wait so long to post again. Im sending all of you big hugs.

Dawne glad to see you have posted!
and so happy that Janice has been able to keep us up to date. Keeping fingers crossed for the next PET to show that this one is getting to the nasty tumor. Hoping you at least have some good days that you are able to enjoy that grandbaby! That is one chemo that was not used on my tumors. Will keep prayers and hope going your way.
It has been so hard knowing what so many kindreds are going through, and all this beast is taking. Yet I feel so blessed just to have had the pleasure of knowing them and that thry are no longer suffering and finally at peace.

Thanks for stopping by. From what I read Gemzar is a very hard drug, hopefully it has been working against your cancer. Please stay strong, you are always in my thoughts.

It has been very sad to see both Claudia and Jamie arel eaving .

Thank you so much for the message. I've been following your updates from Janice, but it is so wonderful to hear from you personally. I hope the Gemzar isn't too awful and mostly that it does its job!

I wish you well on your next PET scan. To bad they couldn't zap the darn tumor. I believe it's the location. I have to many in the lungs to zap but doing well on Taxol on my last ct scan in May. One is schedule on the 14th. I just pray for stable.

It's not hard to think of you, especially because you were one of the first names I learned when I joined the forum. You are on my mind often, praying you recover from this and you have little to no side effects.

I am sorry about your friend. Will be sending prayers her way too. It has been difficult for some of our sisters. And we lost some. We just need to keep on praying and hoping.
