I had my last radiation treatment - DONE!
I had my last booster today, so, I am done with radiation! Rads, for me, were hard to get through. I am looking forward to my skin healing up, not going every day and getting my energy level back up.
I was very lucky that my husband, family or friends drove me to every treatment.
Now I just need a big celebration!

Congratulations on finishing rads!!! Your skin will start healing quickly and the energy levels will start to come back, though I have found over the last month since finishig rads energy does come back as fast as my skin has healed. Again, wising you fast healing and recovery.

You will get stronger, just have some patience and still take it easy. I hope your skin heals very fast for you as I know you are burnt and hurting.
It will get better, I promise.

Congrats on completing your treatment...remember to still take care of your skin - long afterwards....I've been done for a week and I still am severly burned from where they did the 'boost'...Go out and celebrate....

I am sorry you're burnt too Andi. I am hoping that both of us will heal soon. I am burnt and hurt pretty bad.

Kathy, you will find that within a few weeks, you will start feeling a lot better. I do want to tell you also to keep using all of your creams, don't stop. Keep us posted as to if you start feeling better.
