da Port...
Awesome, I know you are as excited as.......... A Camel on Hump Day..., LOL.
Had my knee scoped twice..., wish it was good for another 100K. But way too many years of competitive racketball, and many miles of road time in the Marines have my knees pretty shot.
But..., doing well at the moment and I can still put in 10 - 20 miles on my bike, so that's good.
Next for me would be a knee replacement..., definitely not looking forward to that if it comes.
BTW, the scope should make you feel great though, and more than likely by now, it's not even bothering you.

The only thing that bothers me with the knee is the ace wrap I have to keep on unntil I see the doc this coming Monday; I had several bone spurs. which he removed and cleaned up anything else floating around in there, the knee is bone on bone, lateral meniscus gone..3rd time the kne has been scoped ...too may years of softball..LOL...my other option prior to the arthoscopy was knee replacement, I told the doc I didn't have time for that..LOL. One of the surgical nurses last week told me about a procedure supposedly less invasive than a total knee replacement she said to look into makoplasty..there is only one doc here in my area that does that. Like you also doing well, between therapy , working , I still go Crossfit , but now with modified workout until knee healed, still moving forward, just a bit slower for now ...

I'll have to check into that...
Yep, knees are like gravel...kinda grosses my wife out, LOL. You can put your hand on them, and I bend my knee and all kinds of things moving around, making noise...creeks and cracks.
I hear you on the replacement, something like several months for recovery if I remember...
