Hi Everyone...been away...went on small vacation...been busy

I have been AWOL from the board for a few weeks.  I lost my password, then i couldnt get my posts to actually post.  I did get to take the kids on a mini vacation to the beach.  We went for 4 days and 3 nights with my MIL.  It was a nice time...she had to rent a little scooter to get around...but other than that a nice time.  Summertime is in full swing here...with the kids off from school.  We have had visitor after visitor here.  My brother is here now w/my 11yo niece and my parents are coming tomorrow For a 2-3week visit.

on the C front - I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy last week...all clear!  The tests were in preparation for my upcoming laparoscopic surgery next Monday.  yikes!  I have a pre surgical consult in Baltimore tomorrow.  They are going to do the pre surgery labs and also run routine cancer markers - they have not been checked since May.  I am starting to get a little anxiety about the surgery on Monday...not because of the actual surgery itself...but just what will they find.  There is still no explanation for the left flank pain that I have been having since February.  I have it most of the day now.  And, I don't know...I just feel full all of the time.  Don't get me wrong...I do eat...I have gained 4 pounds in the last 2 months.  It probably has something to do with going on vacation and then coming home and baking cookies, brownies and cakes with my daughter...not to mention the ice cream that goes with said baked items.

I'll try to catch up with everyone this week and I'll let you guys know what they find next week.
