Just thought I'd throw this out there....

I'm flying in to Columbus this Thursday evening, driving up to Mansfield, flying out Sunday morning...
I know there are a few on the board that are around that area...
If by chances you have a few minutes, and wouldn't mind killing them for a Starbucks or just a meet, I'm in...

Shoot me a PM and maybe we can work it out...

    Just saw this but you know I live just South of Columbus!  I'm still having some troubles logging in here, after about the fourth try I give up and try later!  This is my third time today trying to log in and I got through! Woot!  Hope your Ohio trip was fun though!

    I haven't went yet..., LOL...

    I'm flying in this Tursday around 7:30 PM, then headed up to Mount Vernon, Mansfield, Akron Area. Back toward Columbus for a flight out around 1:00PM Sunday.

    Nice! Do you have family down here or just coming to visit? I know that this is a little off topic, but me and my friend are supposed to go to Mansfield to the prison up there (Mansfield Reformatory) this fall to take a tour... that was the prison where they filmed Shawshank Redemption and it is said to be haunted...sppoooooky! Lol, I don't know how far I'll get through! Haha.

    is ur travel 4 business?  maybe the need will come 4 u 2 come to columbus again.  thank u so much 4 letting us know and trying 2 set up a meeting.  u r a true asset to this site and all the members.  i, just as many others, greatly appreciate you!

    Not business...

    Just visiting, mainly my sister Colleen in Mansfield. She's battling ovarian cancer, and not winning the battle.

    I'm sure I will cross paths of many here down the road...

    I wish i had tried more times to get on the site, as it is, we have plans for the weekend and won't be around..next time, I'm having my husband take you river wading~~now that's working for your fish. Prayers for your sister. By the way, the weather here is sweltering, 98 and humid today..suppose to have a cold front come through Saturday and cool things down in to the high 80s and less humidity~~weather report just in case you want to plan your wardrobe :)

    Which river, LOL...., I use to fish the Kokosing in Mount Vernon, Knox Lake, Apple Valley, Mohawk Dam, ...LOL...

    Thanks for the update on weather, damn, sounds like Florida... I remember those hot humid Ohio summers... Here in Florida, it's like that just about nine months of the year, LOL...

    But, I'm usually always a shorts and tank top kinda guy..., other than work, LOL... So I have my shorts, swim trunks, plenty of cool t-shirts in the bag.

    Sandusky River

    My Bill and his buddy park a truck at the covered bridge by Harpster and another up river, they wade from the second bridge to the covered, takes 5 hours~~lots of big mouth bass~~I think they're both a little crazy, but that's just me Cool

    Cedar Point...

    One of my favorite summer places growing up as a kid..., especially the old wooden roller coaster.

    Ohio will never be the same. Doin any fishin in Ohio? Do they still have the Abi-Normal Hall of Fame in Canton? I may have it mixed up with something else.
