Do you Blog to share your story with others??? It's helps a lot.
If you have a blog... Would you please share the link so we can all follow you?
When I began my cancer battle, someone told me that its easier to share the news and updates with people, with a Blog.
I began writing things right away, and it has become "therapy" for me and I really enjoy sharing this journey with those who wish to read, and its also a way to share the TRUTH about your cancer battle, and a way to talk to family and friends to help them deal with this battle.
Having four kids who range in ages from 21 to 12, its hard to know what they are thinking, feeling and going through. But, my me bloging, and sharing my specifics as I want them to be told or shared... it really helps my kids as when peole ask... Hey, how's your dad? They can say what they know, or they can say "hey, have you read his blog?... just go there and read about what's going on."
My kids have told me that they are grateful to be able to push them to gain the info that way and then they don't have to talk about what's going on, if they choose not to.
here's my blog site: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/joemetzger
Caring Bridge is pretty cool. There are many others, but this one works pretty easy.
when I write something, i then post the connection on FaceBook, Twitter and Linked In to keep my friends, customers and associates up to date.
go to http://www.caringbridge.org to learn more about setting up your own blog.
my best
Joe

I have a caring bridge site
I have a caring bridge site that my wife maintains, and I think the site is the same as yours except the last part is teddchilders... I find it too hard to write about stuff most times, except what I post here with people that know exactly what I am going through. I have 6 kids ranging from 15-5 years old, so we have similar family situations.

Big families are great! I am the youngest of 7 and have 5 (3 boys, 2 girls) ages 5-23.
I do blog, here only. I have found that most of the people in my life, although they do offer lots of love and support, can not handle the reality of what I am going through. That's okay because I have found you guys.
Sending hugs to all
