How to get your loved one to eat??
Hello everyone,
Have a lot on my mind tonight so figured I would come here for some support..was wondering if anyone can help, my Mom has a very difficult time eating any sort of food all the time. She loses her appetite very often gets nauseous a lot doesn't have cravings for food, since gone through chemo treatment she says nothing tastes the same anymore, and hardly eats anything on her plate. It's becoming more and more difficult to get her to eat anything. I don't know what to do anymore I try to help as much as I can and nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any suggestions or help on this topic? I'm lost at this point and it's very upsetting and discouraging.

I agree with the milkshake, my mom used to buy the carnation instant breakfast powder, and mix it with icecream for my dad. Not only did it soothe his throat, but offers calories that taste good, but also healthy.... Just my thought for the day
